Mrs. Carranza, ASD Intermediate Teacher- This is my seventh year at SLE! For the past six years I was one of the learning specialists for the building supporting Kindergarten, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade for different years. Last August I got my masters in Autism Spectrum Disorders from Grand Canyon University. I am married to my husband of 5 years, and we have a 3-year-old and 1 year old. My favorite part about working in the program is truly the students and staff. Teaching is my passion and I love working with kids, especially with varying learning abilities. The staff in our program are dedicated and passionate about the students we serve and for that I am truly grateful.
Ms. Browning, Paraeducator- I have been at SLE 21 years, 3 months, 29 days. I love my "work family" and love love working with the kids and seeing them grow. My favorite part about working in the program is that every day is a new adventure!
Ms. Cleveland, Paraeducator- I have been at South Lakewood for 7 years. I work with the most amazing teammates! My favorite part about working in the program is our students. They work so hard every day. Their enthusiasm is infectious! Their personalities brighten the day. South Lakewood is a wonderful environment!
Ms. Sherry, Paraeducator - I have been at SLE for 8 years and some change and I have lived in Colorado for only 3 weeks longer than that! Colorado is the 5th state that I have lived in and I have lived in 4 Canadian provinces as well. I work alongside amazing people here at SLE. I learn from them and from the students in our program on a daily basis. I am grateful to be a part of the Intermediate Team!
Ms. Kay, Individual Support Paraeducator- It is my first year at SLE. I am going on my 4th year in the education field. I am a parent to two students at SLE. My favorite part about working in the program is that we are always busy and on the move!

Mr. Ryan, Individual Support Paraeducator- This is my first year at SLE. I moved here from Santa Fe, New Mexico and I'm loving Colorado. My favorite part about working in the program is the experience it is giving me!
