The code of conduct presentations at South Lakewood Elementary contain items from the Jeffco Public Schools student family handbook that are critical for elementary students to learn and be aware of during the school day.

Student safety is the number one priority at South Lakewood Elementary. Presentations are held for classrooms in all grades at the beginning of the school year and again in January after winter break.

South Lakewood Elementary shares the code of conduct presentations with new students during the school year. Presentations and conversations about the code of conduct are held as needed during the school year. Students and classes have the opportunity to discuss any issues that arise that need to be addressed.
